补肾泻浊抗痛风膏方的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究补肾泻浊抗痛风膏方的临床应用价值分析。方法采用随机数字表法,将该院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的126例痛风性关节炎患者,分为观察组与对照组,两组各63例患者,对照组使用非布司他,观察组在此基础上联合使用补肾泻浊抗痛风膏方治疗。观察两组患者治疗前与治疗2、4、12周时患者症状积分,对关节疼痛、红肿、活动受限进行评分与使用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、血清尿酸水平(SUA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-crp)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、及炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与观察两组临床疗效、不良反应率。结果治疗4、12周后,观察组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、活动受限和VAS评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗4、12周后观察组SUA、hs-crp、ESR水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后4、12周后观察组IL-8、IL-6、TNFα、TGF-β1水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组总有效为96.80%显著高于对照组总有效率84.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率为3.16%略低于对照组不良反应率7.90%,但两组不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾泻浊抗痛风膏方能降低痛风性关节炎的炎症反应、尿酸水平,且改善患者关节红肿、疼痛的症状,提高患者的生活能力。Objective To investigate the value of Bushen Xiezhuo Kangtongfeng Cream Formula(补肾泻浊抗痛风膏方)in clinical practice.Methods A sample of 126 patients with gouty arthritis in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 63 cases.The control group received febuxostat tablets.Based on this,the observation group received Bushen Xiezhuo Kangtongfeng Cream Formula.Then various parameters were compared between two groups,including the scores of symptoms(joint pain,swelling,redness and limitation in movement),visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the levels of serum uric acid(SUA),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1),the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate.Results The scores of symptoms including joint pain,swelling,redness and limitation in movement and the VAS score at post-treatment 4 and 12 weeks were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SUA,hs-CRP and ESR at post-treatment 4 and 12 weeks were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower levels of IL-8,IL-6,TNFα and TGF-β1 at post-treatment 4 and 12 weeks than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy rate was 96.80% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 84.11% in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 3.16% in the observation group,which was slightly lower than 7.09% in the control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of Bushen Xiezhuo Kangtongfeng Cream Formula in the treatment of gouty arthritis can effectively alleviate the inflammation reaction,reduce the uric acid level,ameliorate the joint swelling and pain and improve the living ability of
