摘　　要：总结介绍刘志顺教授深刺大肠俞治疗下肢运动障碍的临证经验。刘志顺教授以“病—症—位”为针刺理论基础,重视中西医结合诊断,明辨病变部位,分型论刺,尤擅长从深刺大肠俞入手,施以独创针刺技巧,配合局部和循经远取腧穴,共助下肢运动功能恢复,并开展多项临床研究以验证疗效。为下肢运动障碍诊疗提供了灵活思路和创新刺法。This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor LIU Zhishun in the treatment of lower limb dyskinesia by deep acupuncture at Dachangshu(BL25).Professor LIU Zhishun takes the“disease-symptom-location”as the theoretical basis for acupuncture,attaches importance to the diagnosis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,clearly identifies the lesion site and classifies the acupuncture.He is particularly adept at starting with deep acupuncture at Dachangshu(BL25),applying unique acupuncture techniques and cooperating with local and remote acupoint selection along the meridian to jointly assist in the recovery of lower limb motor function,and conducting multiple clinical studies to verify the efficacy.It provides flexible thinking and innovative acupuncture methods for the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb movement disorders.
