摘　　要：甲状腺结节是临床的常见病、多发病,随着环境因素及饮食结构的改变,甲状腺疾病的发病率逐年提高。顾氏外科历经诸多代医家的钻研探索,创建了一套完整的瘿病诊疗体系。王小平教授作为顾氏外科第五代传人,传承顾氏外科思想,认为甲状腺结节与阴虚、血瘀密切相关。其中气阴两虚是瘿病发生的内因,血瘀痰阻是其外因。两者互为因果,使甲状腺结节迁延难愈。在临床治疗中继承顾氏外科经典中医药特色治疗的同时与微波热消融术相结合,开创其特色方药及外治疗法,不仅效果显著,愈后良好,且不良反应少,不易复发。现从王小平医治甲状腺结节疾病的经验方面,分析其对于顾氏外科流派的理论传承与创新发展。Thyroid nodule is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.With the change of environmental factors and diet structure,the incidence of thyroid disease increases year by year.Gu's surgery has established a complete gall diagnosis and treatment system after many generations of doctors'research and exploration.Professor WANG Xiaoping,as the fifth generation successor of Gu's surgery,inherits Gu's surgical thought and believes that thyroid nodules are closely related to Yin deficiency and blood stasis.Among them,Qi and Yin deficiency is the internal cause of gall disease,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction is the external cause.Both cause and affect each other,making thyroid nodule protracted difficult to be cured.In clinical treatment,it inherits the classic traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Gu's surgery and combines it with microwave heat ablation to create its special prescription and external treatment,which not only has remarkable effect and good healing,but also has few adverse reactions and is not easy to relapse.This paper starts with WANG Xiaoping's treatment of thyroid nodules and analyzes his theoretical inheritance and innovative development of Gu's surgery.
