摘　　要：中医学治疗疾病重视辨证论治,个体化治疗。异病同治是中医重要治则,是中医辨证论治的精髓,独具中医临床特色,古今医家临证极为重视,并且一直指导着中医临床的诊治。作者通过整理于睿教授门诊治疗瘿病、心悸、月经病、痤疮四则不同的医案,同用越鞠丸,秉承着守法而不守方,在临床中灵活的辨证结合运用,效果显著。通过分析异病同治临床运用思路,在理论和临床实践中具有非常高的指导意义和理论价值,期冀对当今临证选方有所裨益和启迪。TCM treatment of diseases emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment and individualized treatment.Treating different diseases with the same treatment is an important principle of TCM and the quintessence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.It has unique clinical features of TCM.Doctors in ancient and modern times attach great importance to clinical diagnosis and have been guiding TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.The author sorted out the four different medical records of Professor YU Rui's outpatient treatment of gallbladder disease,heart palpitations,menstrual disease,and acne,and used Yueju Pills(越鞠丸)together,adhering to the principle of abiding by the law but not the prescription,and the flexible combination of syndrome differentiation in clinical application,and the effect is remarkable.Through the analysis of the clinical application ideas of treating different diseases with the same treatment,it has very high guiding significance and theoretical value in theory and clinical practice.It is hoped that it will be beneficial and enlightening for the selection of clinical syndromes.
