摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)因其具有很高的发病率及致残率,对我国公共卫生安全造成重大的负担。气道黏液高分泌是COPD重要的病理改变,严重影响着患者的生活质量。中医药在治疗该病具有丰富的经验,并总结出“治痰先治气”的独特理论,但其具体的生物学基础尚未明确。文章通过总结线粒体生理及COPD病理状态下的功能特点,与中医药治疗COPD理论特点相结合,探讨“治痰先治气”理论的生物学基础,为中医药治疗COPD提供新的理论依据。Because of its high morbidity and disability rate,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)has caused a great burden on public health safety.Airway mucus hypersecretion is an important pathological change of COPD,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of this disease,and has summed up the unique theory of“treating Qi before treating phlegm”,but its specific biological basis is not yet clear.This article summarized functional characteristics of mitochondrial in physiology and the pathological state of COPD,combined with the theoretical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of COPD,explored the biological basis of the theory of“treating Qi before treating phlegm”,and provided a new theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine to treat COPD.
