摘　　要：目的研究自拟中药溻渍方联合红外线理疗灯治疗风寒湿痹证类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月—2021年10月在张家口市中医院接受治疗的100例风寒湿痹证RA患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)、治疗组(50例),两组均接受西医常规治疗,治疗组另接受自拟中药溻渍方联合红外线理疗灯治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,两组主症、次症积分及总积分明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组主症、次症积分及总积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血细胞沉降率(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及血小板(PLT)明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组ESR、RF、CRP及PLT指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组总不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药溻渍方联合红外线理疗灯可改善风寒湿痹证RA患者临床症状,调节相关炎症因子,保障预后安全。Objective To study the clinical effect of external self-made traditional Chinese medicine liquid application combined with infrared physiotherapy lamp in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A hundred patients with RA of wind-cold-dampness Bi syndrome who were treated in the hospital from July 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and treatment group(50 cases)by random number table method.All were treated with conventional western medicine and those in the observation group were additionally treated with external self-made traditional Chinese medicine liquid application combined with infrared physiotherapy lamp.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms and the total symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the above scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The markedly effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP)and platelets(PLT)were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion External self-made traditional Chinese medicine liquid application combined with infrared physiotherapy lamp can improve the clinical symptoms,regulate the related inflammatory factors and ensure the safety of patients with RA of wind-cold-dampness Bi syndrome.
