摘　　要：“毒损脑络”理论是指各种原因导致的气郁、火邪、痰浊、瘀血等积聚于体内,郁久成毒,影响脑窍正常生理功能的一种致病机制,与精神分裂症的发生发展有密切联系。中医认为气郁、痰浊、血瘀、火邪等病理产物聚集为“毒”,损伤脑络,是引发或加重精神分裂症的关键。现代生物学认为,精神分裂症的发生可能与体内神经递质、炎症因子、病原体、精神活性物质等异常堆积形成“内毒外邪”,损伤脑组织有关。该文整理概括了近年来精神分裂症与“毒损脑络”理论的相关性证据,以期为深入研究精神分裂症的发病机制及探索治疗策略提供思路。The theory of“toxic damage to brain meridians”refers to a pathogenic mechanism in which Qi stagnation,fire evil,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,etc.,caused by various reasons,accumulate in the body and become toxic over time,affecting the normal physiological functions of the brain and orifices,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of schizophrenia.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the accumulation of pathological products such as Qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and fire pathogenic factors into“toxins”that damage the brain meridians is the key to triggering or exacerbating schizophrenia.Modern biology believes that the occurrence of schizophrenia may be related to the abnormal accumulation of neurotransmitters,inflammatory factors,pathogens and psychoactive substances in the body,forming“internal toxins and external pathogens”,and damaging brain tissue.This article summarized the evidence related to schizophrenia and the theory of“toxic damage to brain collateral”in recent years,with a view to providing new ideas for in-depth research on the pathogenesis of schizophrenia and exploring treatment strategies.
