电磁无铆钉铆接工艺及钢—铝接头力学性能研究

摘  要:以AA5052铝合金薄板和DC52D+ZF高强钢薄板为研究对象,探究了不同放电能量下,电磁无铆钉铆接接头的镦头成形、微观形貌和力学性能。结果发现:放电能量值过小,会导致铆钉变形不足,难以形成良好的互锁结构;放电能量值过大,则会导致上板材材料流动过于充分,进而在颈部区域出现微裂纹甚至发生断裂。此外,电磁无铆钉铆接接头的平均互锁值Tu较常规液压无铆钉铆接接头高46.6%。硬度测量结果表明,电磁无铆钉铆接接头中心区域的硬度略高一些。剪切性能测试结果表明,电磁无铆钉铆接接头的剪切性能略高于常规液压无铆钉铆接接头。与常规液压无铆钉铆接接头对比,电磁无铆钉铆接接头在截面互锁程度、显微硬度及剪切性能方面均具有一定的优势。For AA5052 aluminum alloy sheet and DC52D+ZF high-strength steel sheet,the heading forming,microscopic morphology and mechanical properties of electromagnetic clinching joints under different discharge energies were studied.The results show that if the discharge energy value is too small,the deformation of rivets is insufficient,making it difficult to form a good interlocking structure.However,if the discharge energy value is too large,the flow of upper sheet material is too sufficient,and micro-cracks or even fractures appear in the neck area.In addition,the average interlock value Tu of electromagnetic clinching joint is 46.6%higher than that of the conventional hydraulic clinching joint.The hardness test results show that the hardness in the central area of electromagnetic clinching joint is slightly higher.The shear performance test results show that the shear performance of electromagnetic clinching joints is slightly higher than that of the conventional hydraulic clinching joints.Compared with the conventional hydraulic clinching joints,electromagnetic clinching joints have certain advantages in cross-sectional interlocking degree,microhardness and shear performance.
