摘  要:目的 剖析目前医院临床数据分析存在的问题,探讨提高临床数据分析培训的对策措施。方法 运用文献分析法、专家咨询法,对目前国内医院临床数据分析现状进行定性分析。结果 我国目前积累形成了庞大的医疗健康数据资源,但挖掘利用程度低,其应有的价值作用远未充分释放;临床数据分析在提升推动医学发展、开展临床循证决策、提高医院管理水平等方面发挥着日趋重要的作用。目前,医院临床数据分析存在的问题主要有:临床数据整合不够,信息不完整;医院大多缺乏临床数据管理与统计分析专业团队;医务人员大多缺乏开展临床数据分析的专业理论与技能;医院临床数据分析相关教育培训没有跟上新兴技术方法的发展速度;健康医疗大数据应用需求尚未充分挖掘。结论 医院的临床数据分析培训应从以下方面改进:教学培训对象方面,不仅应涵盖临床医务人员,还要涵盖数据采集、存储、提取、分析各环节涉及的相关专业人员;教学培训内容方面,在传统数据统计分析方法培训的基础上亟待拓展范围;教学培训方式方面,应在学历教育基础上,主要依靠继续教育开展数据分析相关教学培训;教学培训手段方面,在充分利用传统教学手段基础上,积极运用新兴教学手段,增加考核与临床应用实践,广泛推行PBL教学法;教学培训主体方面,立足内部专职数据分析人员,借力外部数据分析专业人员开展培训。OBJECTIVE To analyze the existing problems of clinical data analysis in hospitals and explore the measures to improve the training of clinical data analysis.METHODS The current situation of clinical data analysis in hospitals in China was qualitatively analyzed by literature analysis and expert consultation methods.RESULTS China has accumulated huge medical data resources currently,but the degree of utilization was low,and its due value was far from being fully released.Clinical data analysis plays an increasingly important role in promoting medical development,making clinical evidence-based decisions,and improving hospital management level.At present,the main problems in clinical data analysis are as follows:clinical data with incomplete information is insufficiently integrated;most hospitals lack professional clinical data management and statistical analysis teams;most medical staff cannot carry out clinical data analysis because of lacking the professional theory and skills;the education and training related to clinical data analysis has not kept pace with the development of emerging technology and methods;big data application demand in health care has not been fully tapped.CONCLUSION It is suggested that clinical data analysis training in hospitals should be improved in the following aspects:in terms of teaching and training objects,not only clinical medical personnel should be covered,but also related professionals involved in the data collection,storage,extraction and analysis.In terms of teaching and training content,it is urgent to expand the scope on the basis of traditional statistical data analysis training.In terms of teaching training methods,it should mainly rely on continuing education to carry out data analysis-related training on the basis of academic education.In terms of teaching and training means,it should use new teaching means on the basis of full use of traditional teaching methods and to increase assessment and clinical application practice,widely promoting PBL teaching method,in terms of
