摘  要:在国际化管理应用型课程教学中,中国高校课程体系主要是以西方管理理论和实践为主导。这类课程的价值内涵已经逐步脱离当代全球管理模式演进的主线,因此,生成、强化和提升中国表达是重塑这类课程价值内涵的必然要求。提升中国表达既要归纳提炼中国“摸着石头过河”探索出来的“中国模式”,更要尝试寻找“中国答案”,并构建有中国特色的当代管理学体系,从而满足此类课程的建设诉求,即培养具有强烈中国心的高素质人才、解决教学痛点。提升国际化管理应用型课程的中国表达需要通过理论探索、课程改革、教评创新和资源丰富等多重路径的协同推进,最终逐步构建有中国特色的管理学话语体系和学科体系。International applied courses of management in many Chinese universities are still dominated by Western theory and practice.A lot of these courses are losing their value as they fail to keep pace with the changes that are taking place in management models in the world today.So to give value to these courses,efforts must be made to create,strengthen and enhance the Chinese ways of expression in these course.One way to do this is to highlight the“Chinese model”of management that has proven useful in our own experience and practice.More importantly,greater efforts must be made to seek“Chinese solution”to managerial problems and construct a contemporary discipline of management with Chinese characteristics in response to the needs of syllabic construction of management courses.These needs include training high-quality talents with patriotic passions,eliminating deficiencies in current syllabus for teaching management.All this calls for more theoretical exploration,more reform on the syllabus,more innovation of the course evaluation mechanism,and more varied teaching resources.The ultimate purpose is to build a Chinese discourse and disciplinary system of management studies.
