摘　　要：水泥凝结时间是水泥物理性能的一项重要指标,也是客户在选择水泥产品时重点关注的指标之一。凝结时间太短会导致来不及施工,凝结时间太长会导致工期延长。结合公司实际生产,为满足客户对凝结时间的需求,通过调整生料配料中黄磷渣掺比、水泥中SO3指标、混合材结构,以及严控进厂混合材质量等方法,有效解决水泥凝结时间偏长的问题,并根据客户对水泥凝结时间的特殊需求,生产出个性化水泥产品,进一步丰富公司产品的多样性。The setting time of cement is an important index of the physical properties of cement,and it is also one of the indexes that customers focus on when choosing cement products.Too short setting time will lead to too late construction,too long setting time will lead to construction period extension.In order to meet the requirements of customers on setting time and based on the actual production of the company,the problem of long setting time was effectively solved by adjusting the yellow phosphorus slag mixing ratio in raw materials,SO,index in cement and structure of mixed materials,controlling the quality of mixed materials in the factory.This way can produce personalized cement products to meet the special needs of customers and enrich the diversity of the company's products.
