摘  要:无机人造石板材的抗骤热开裂性能对其在特定应用场景的推广有很大影响。本文研究纤维、偶联剂、隔热、骨料等因素对无机人造石板材抗骤热开裂性能的影响。结果表明,内掺纤维、偶联剂处理骨料、外涂隔热材料以及降低骨料的热膨胀系数可以提高板材的抗骤热开裂性能。钢纤维对板材抗骤热开裂性能的提升最为明显,5%钢纤维可以将板材的抗骤热开裂时间提高约20min。当骨料热膨胀系数低于1.0时,板材的抗骤热开裂时间可以达到25min以上。The sudden thermal cracking resistance of inorganic artificial stone plate has a great effect on its application in specific scenarios.In this paper,the influences of fiber,coupling agent,heat insulation and aggregate on the sudden thermal cracking resistance of inorganic artificial stone board were studied.The results showed that the resistance to sudden thermal cracking of the plate can be improved by doping fiber,treating the aggregate with coupling agent,applying thermal insulation material outside and reducing the thermal expansion coefficient of the aggregate.Steel fiber could improve the resistance of plate to sudden heat cracking especially.5%steel fiber can increase the sudden heat cracking resistance of the plate by about 20 minutes.When the thermal expansion coefficient of aggregate is lower than 1.0,the sudden thermal cracking resistance time of the plate can reach more than 25 minutes.
