摘　　要：目的:了解医疗挤兑典型案例的发生背景和实际情况,分析医疗挤兑的成因,为预防医疗挤兑提供对策。方法:运用案例分析法、比较研究法和内容分析法对国内外医疗挤兑的典型案例进行梳理归纳和研究分析,结果:引发医疗挤兑的根本原因是客观上疾病具有易引发医疗挤兑的挤兑属性组合以及主观上的恐慌。结论:要围绕削弱挤兑属性组合引发医疗挤兑的能力和减少恐慌两个方向开展预防医疗挤兑的工作,具体措施有筹建专门救治医院、推进疫苗接种和特效药研发、医疗物资战略储备、信息通畅、定期演练等。Objective To study the background and actual situation of typical cases of medical runs,analyze its causes,and provide the countermeasures of prevention.Methods Case analysis method,comparative research method and content analysis meth⁃od were used to sort out and analyze the typical cases of medical runs at home and abroad.Results The root cause of medical runs is that diseases objectively have a combination of run attributes which are easy to cause medical run,and the subjective panics.Conclusion It is suggested to implement the countermeasures to prevent medical runs in two directions of weakening the ability of the combination of run attributes to trigger medical runs and reducing panic,the specific measures of which include the establish⁃ment of special treatment hospitals,promoting vaccination and the research and development of special drugs,strategic reservation of medical materials,smooth flow of information and regular practices.
