摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、Pendrin的表达及其相互关联性。方法将162例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者按照是否伴鼻息肉分为伴鼻息肉组(84例)和不伴鼻息肉组(78例),另将鼻粘膜组织正常的健康志愿者设为对照组(60例),采用免疫组织化学法、逆转录聚合酶链反应检测HIF-1α、Pendrin表达情况,并采用秩相关分析法分析二者的相关性。结果三组鼻甲黏膜组织HIF-1α、Pendrin表达阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);伴鼻息肉组HIF-1α、Pendrin表达阳性率分别为67.86%、71.43%,不伴鼻息肉组分别为60.26%、61.54%,对照组分别为21.67%、26.67%,组间两两比较,伴鼻息肉组与不伴鼻息肉组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三组鼻甲黏膜组织HIF-1α、Pendrin mRNA相对表达强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);进一步两两比较,伴鼻息肉组与不伴鼻息肉组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,162例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻甲黏膜组织HIF-1α、Pendrin表达呈显著正相关(r=0.593,P<0.01)。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻甲黏膜组织中HIF-1α、Pendrin表达增强,与是否伴有鼻息肉不相关,可能与HIF-1α、Pendrin表达具有一定的相关性。Objective To explore the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and Pendrin in turbinate mucosa of patients chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)and their correlation.Methods A total of 162 CRS patients were assigned to CRSwNP(n=84)and CRSsNP(n=78)group according to whether they were complicated by nasal polyps(NP),60 healthy volunteers with normal nasal mucosa to control group,HIF-1αand Pendrin expression detected using immunohistochemical method and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and their correlations analyzed using rank correlation analysis.Results Differences in the positive rates of HIF-1αand Pendrin expression among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.01);the positive expression rates of HIF-1αand Pendrin protein were respectively 67.86%and 71.43%in CRSwNP,60.26%and 61.54%CRSsNP,21.67%and 26.67%control group,intergroup pairwise comparison showed that differences in the positive rates of HIF-1αand Pendrin expression between CRSwNP and CRSsNP group weren't statistically significant(P>0.05),but those of both CRSwNP and CRSsNP group were-higher compared with control group(P<0.01).Differences in the relative expression intensities of HIF-1αand Pendrin mRNA among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.01);intergroup pairwise comparison showed that differences in the relative expression intensities of HIF-1αand Pendrin mRNA between CRSwNP and CRSsNP group weren't statistically significant(P>0.05),but those of both CRSwNP and CRSsNP group were higher compared with control group(P<0.01).Spearman rank correlation showed that there was a significant positive correlation between HIF-1αand Pendrin expression in turbinate mucosa of 162 CRS patients(r=0.593,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression enhancements of HIF-1αand Pendrin in turbinate mucosa of CRS patients chronic rhinosinusitis aren't related to whether they are complicated by nasal polyps,and may be related to the expression of HIF-1αand Pendrin.
