摘　　要：在临床工作中,存在许多甲状腺功能正常,但却表现出甲状腺功能减退症状的患者。胃肠道健康关系着甲状腺所需微量元素的吸收和甲状腺功能的正常维持。相关研究表明:(1)胃肠道健康与甲状腺功能之间存在密切关联;(2)改善胃肠道健康状况可以改善甲状腺所需微量元素的吸收;(3)通过胃肠道健康护理可以解决甲状腺功能障碍。Clinically,many patients who have normal thyroid function but show symptoms of hypothyroidism.Gastrointestinal health is related to the absorption of trace elements for thyroid and normal maintenance of thyroid function.Related studies show that(1)gastrointestinal health is closely related to thyroid function;(2)improving gastrointestinal health condition could improve the absorption of trace elements for thyroid;(3)thyroid dysfunctions could be resolved through gastrointestinal health care.
