肾素瘤3例护理体会并文献复习

摘　　要：目的 探讨分析肾素瘤临床特点及相应护理要点。方法 回顾3例肾素瘤患者临床护理资料并复习相关文献。护理要点包含:术前心理护理、高血压监测、低血钾纠正及和饮食指导;术后密切监控体征及血压、引流管的护理、康复指导及出院指导。结果 专科化护理对患者术前准备及术后恢复收到良好效果,3例患者均痊愈出院。结论 肾素瘤发病罕见,系统的专科护理是肾素瘤患者康复的重要保证。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of reninoma and corresponding nursing points.Methods Clinical nursing data of 3 reninoma patients and related literatures were reviewed.Nursing points included:preoperative mental nursing,monitoring of hypertension,correction of hypokalemia,and dietary guidance;close monitoring of postoperative signs and blood pressure,drainage tube care,rehabilitation guidance,and discharge guidance.Results Specialized nursing had a good effect on patients'preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery,all 3 patients recovered and were discharged from hospital.Conclusion Reninoma is rare and systematic specialized nursing an important guarantee for the recovery of reninoma patients.
