摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌所致原发性腰椎间隙感染比较少见,同时合并颅内感染更为罕见。本文报道1例64岁中年男性,以神经系统症状首发收治于威海市中心医院,完善查体及相关辅助检查后明确诊断,经多科联合治疗后效果良好。Primary lumbar intervertebral infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus is rare,and the combination with intracranial infection is rarer.A 64-year-old male patient was admitted to Weihai Central Hospital with nervous system symptoms.The diagnosis was confirmed after physical examination and related auxiliary examinations.After multidisciplinary treatment,the patient achieved good prognosis.
