摘 要:目的探讨应用3D打印定位导板辅助空心钉F形固定治疗中青年GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法分析26例GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折中青年患者资料,15例GardenⅢ型股骨颈骨折患者;11例GardenⅣ型股骨颈骨折患者,均应用3D打印定位导板辅助空心钉F形固定治疗。末次随访时记录采用髋关节功能Harris评分。结果术后26例骨折均解剖复位,26例随访时间2~18个月,骨折愈合时间均在8~12周,术后股骨头坏死1例。根据Harris评分量表定髋关节功能优15例,良9例,可1例,差1例,优良率92.3%。结论应用3D打印定位导板辅助空心钉F形固定治疗中青年GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折能减少手术时间,固定更加精准、牢固,术后卧床时间更短,更有效的促进髋关节功能恢复,明显降低股骨颈骨折的并发症。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of F-shaped cannulated screws placement with 3 D printed navigational template for internal fixation of Garden II、IV femoral neck fracture in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults.Methods The clinical data of twenty-six young adults with Garden II、IV femoral neck fracture were retrospectively analyzed.15 young adults with Garden Il femoral neck fracture and ll young adults with Garden IV femoral neck fracture were treated by F-shaped cannulated screws placement with 3 D printed navigational template.The effectiveness was evaluated by Harrisscore at last follow-up.Results All patients were followed up 2-18 months.The healing time was 8-12 weeks.There was 1 case of necrosis of femoral head.Hip function was evaluated in accordance with Harris score,the results were excellent in 15 cases,good in 9 cases,fair in 1 case,and bad in 1 in the group,the excellent and good rate was 92.3%.Conclusion F-shaped cannulated screws placement with 3 D printed navigational template for internal fixation has great precision and strong stability with stress distribution,which can effectively reduce the operation time fracture nonunion,femoral head necrosis,other complications and can effectively promote the recovery of hip function.
