乡村振兴背景下内蒙古农牧业经济高质量发展问题研究

摘　　要：党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略后,为内蒙古农牧业经济的发展指明了方向。农牧业经济振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的重要部分,因而如何提升农牧业经济整体发展水平对于实施乡村振兴战略有重要的意义。本文基于乡村振兴战略,在阐述内蒙古农牧业经济高质量发展的时代价值和现状基础上,针对内蒙古农牧业经济高质量发展过程中存在的突出问题进行了深入总结,在此基础上提出促进内蒙古农牧业经济高质量发展的对策:要坚持生态优先,践行绿色发展理念,创新农牧产品产销模式,提升乡村劳动力素质,培养人才,以及加强科学技术创新,发展数字化经济,为推动内蒙古乡村经济振兴提供参考。After the 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward the rural revitalization strategy,the direction for the development of Inner Mongolia agricultural and animal husbandry economy has been pointed out.The revitalization of agricultural and pastoral economy is an important part of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,thus how to improve the overall development of agricultural and pastoral economy is of great significance to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In the view of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper presented an in-depth summary of the outstanding problems in the process of high-quality development of Inner Mongolia agricultural and animal husbandry economy,based on the elaboration of contemporary value and the current situation of high-quality development of Inner Mongolia agricultural and animal husbandry economy.On this basis,countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia agricultural and animal husbandry economy were proposed:adhering to the priority of ecology,practicing the concept of green development,innovating the production and marketing mode of agricultural and animal husbandry products,improving the quality of rural labor force and cultivate talents,as well as strengthening scientific and technological innovation and developing digital economy,with a view to provide references for promoting the revitalization of Inner Mongolia rural economy.
