摘　　要：文章通过对内蒙古阴山北麓藜麦产业发展的综合分析,了解内蒙古阴山北麓藜麦种植、加工、销售等发展现状,分析内蒙古阴山北麓地区藜麦种植的潜力,并针对研究基础薄弱、品种匮乏、产品单一等问题提出建议,充分发挥内蒙古阴山北麓农牧交错区藜麦种植的地域优势,为藜麦产业发展提供理论依据,全面助力乡村振兴。Through comprehensive analysis of the quinoa industry development in the north foot of Yinshan Mountains in Inner Mongolia,understanding the current status of quinoa cultivation,processing,and sales in the region,assessing the potential of quinoa planting in the area and proposing suggestions to issues such as weak research foundation,limited variety selection,and narrow product range,to fully leveraging the regional advantages of quinoa cultivation in the agro-pastoral ecotone of the north foot of Yinshan Mountain in Inner Mongolia,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of the quinoa industry and promote rural revitalization.
