关于巴彦淖尔市农牧民专业合作社高质量发展的思考

摘　　要：农牧民专业合作社是带动农户进入市场的基本主体,一头连着市场,一头连着产地和农民,在组织化程度、规模化经营、品牌化发展方面发挥着积极作用,促进了农牧民增收、农牧业增效。目前巴彦淖尔市的农牧民专业合作社正在向质量提升方向转变,但是还存在着规模较小、运行质量不高、内部管理制度不规范等问题,需要在培育发展、规范提升、扶持壮大农牧民专业合作社方面加大力度。本文从巴彦淖尔市农牧民专业合作社发展的情况、采取的措施和取得成效以及目前面临的困难等方面进行了阐述,并有针对性地提出了合作社发展的建议,以促进合作社高质量发展。Farmers and herdsmen professional cooperatives are the basic entities that drive farmers to enter the market.They are interconnected with the market on one end and with the farming community on the other,and play a positive role in organizational level,scale management,and brand development,encouraging income growth for farmers and herdsmen and efficiency growth in farming and animal husbandry.The farmers and herdsmen professional cooperatives in Bayannur City are currently moving in the direction of quality improvement,although issues like limited scale,poor operating quality,and lack of standardization in internal management procedures still exist.It is important to focus more on cultivating development,improving standardization,and support the growth of farmers and herdsmen professional cooperatives.This article elaborated on the development situation,measures taken,achievements,and difficulties faced by the farmers and herdsmen professional cooperatives in Bayannur City,and proposed targeted suggestions for the development of cooperatives to promote high-quality development.
