摘  要:江西某盐矿卤井因采卤年限长,套管腐蚀严重,在基岩风化带出现套损,卤井周围发生涌水且压力大,地层流体或地表水窜入,导致大部分井处于停产状态,同时造成淡水层受到污染,影响周围环境。本次工程主要封堵ϕ114.3×6.35mm的小套管井,由于套管径小,卤井发生自溢,常规的封堵技术不能进行,利用连续油管封堵技术,在本区对老井进行封堵,取得很好的效果,达到保护地质环境的目的。本文分析了钻井结构、卤井套管损坏的原因,系统地总结了整个封堵工艺过程,为今后同类型卤井封堵工作提供宝贵的经验和技术支撑。In a salt mine in Jiangxi province,due to the long brine mining life,casing corrosion is serious,casing damage occurs in the weathering zone of bedrock,water gushing occurs around the brine well and pressure is high,formation fluid or surface water is invaded,leading to most of the Wells are shut down,and fresh water layer is polluted,affecting the surrounding environment.This project mainly plugsϕ114.3×6.35mm small casing well,due to the small casing diameter,halogen well self-overflow,conventional plugging technology can not be carried out,the use of coiled tubing plugging technology,in this area to plug the old well,achieved good results,to achieve the purpose of protecting the geological environment.This paper analyzes the reasons of drilling structure and casing damage of halogen well,summarizes the whole plugging process systematically,and provides valuable experience and technical support for plugging of similar halogen well in the future.
