世界变局下黄金能否再成为金本位货币的探讨

摘　　要：因新冠疫情和俄乌冲突影响,美元引起世界各国货币竞相贬值和波动,美国通过切断俄罗斯金融体系使用SWIFT开创货币军事化先河。世界货币体系出现系统性的经济和政治双重风险,引起各国不安。为了解决信用货币失信问题,有不少学者曾推出区块链和数字加密货币,认为去中心化可以避免信用货币增发乱局;也有不少学者呼吁恢复金本位制,认为金本位可以解决纯信用货币贬值和汇率波动问题。本文回顾了金本位货币英镑和美元成为世界货币历史阶段,通过经济视角分析黄金作为世界货币的利弊,同时对黄金成为未来世界货币的可能性加以阐述,发现货币问题实际还要考虑道德问题,而非纯粹货币问题。Due to the impact of COVID-19 and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,the US Federal Reserve increase US dollar interest rate,which caused the devaluation and fluctuation of currencies of all countries in the world.In the meanwhile,the United States militarized its currency by cutting off the use of SWIFT in Russia s financial system.All of the events lead to the world wide systemic monetary system both in economic and political field in the world,which cause anxiety in all countries.In order to solve the problem,many scholars have introduced block-chain and digital cryptocurrency,and believe that decentralization can avoid the chaos of credit currency issuance.Many other scholars also called for the restoration of the gold standard,believing that the gold standard can solve the problems of pure credit currency depreciation and exchange rate fluctuations.The paper will review the historical stage in which the gold standard currency pound and dollar became the world currency,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of gold as the world currency from the economic perspective,and expounds the possibility of gold becoming the future world currency.Finally,shows that the currency problem is really about morality,not a pure currency problem.
