俄军特种医疗队及其对我军机动卫勤力量建设的启示

摘　　要：目的通过介绍俄军特种医疗队的特色优势,对比分析我军机动卫勤力量的发展建设。方法详细介绍俄军特种医疗队的组织架构、人员编成、部署展开、应用场景等内容,总结分析其功能、特色与优势。结果经过对比分析,对于我军机动卫勤分队的人才队伍储备、力量编组优化、重点保障强化、新型装备研发等方面,提出相应的思考启示以及对策建议。结论俄军特种医疗队独有的卫勤保障模式,为我军加快机动卫勤力量建设以及未来打造我军特色的特种医疗队,提供了具备实战检验的绝佳案例。Objective To compare and analyze the development of the PLA′s mobile medical unit by introducing the characteristics and advantages of the Russian army′s special medical team.Methods To introduce and analyze the organization structures,personnel allocation,disposition of troops,application environment,characteristics and advantages about the special medical team of Russian army.Results Through comparative analysis,the author put forward some suggestions for the optimization of the talent reserve,the optimization of force formation,the strengthening of key support,and the research and development of new equipment of the PLA′s mobile medical unit.Conclusion The unique medical service support mode of the Russian army′s special medical team provides an excellent case for accelerating the construction of the PLA′s mobile medical unit and building the PLA′s special medical team in the future.
