摘  要:目的论述核医学救援智能评估系统的构建方案及其在实战化训练中的应用。方法基于JAVA语言、B/S架构和MySQL数据库技术,围绕核医学应急救援工作相关4项一级指标和20项二级指标等全要素建立考核标准库模型,对关键技术和考核指标进行量化分制,并开发形成智能评估系统,包括计算机Web端和Pad操作端。结果核医学救援计算机智能评估系统以实战化应用为导向,针对核应急救援队训练结果进行快速准确的数据采集和统计分析,支持现场图像、音频和视频取证,并能快速出具成绩报告和问题反馈,不仅提升了教学训练工作效率,还保证了考评工作的科学性和规范性。结论本系统为核医学救援提供了智能化的评估手段,有助于提升实战化教学和训练质量,对于提升核医学救援队伍建设质量具有重要启示意义。Objective To study the construction and application of intelligent evaluation system for nuclear medicine rescue combat training.Methods Based on the JAVA language,B/S architecture and MySQL database,an assessment standard model was established on the four first-level indiexes and 20 second-level indexs related to nuclear medical rescue.An intelligent evaluation system was developed including the web-side and Padside.Results This system was oriented to actual combat applications,and conducted fast and accurate data collection and statistical analysis on the training results of nuclear rescue teams,supports on-site image,audio and video evidence collection,and can quickly issue performance reports and problem feedback which was essential for promoting training efficiency.Conclusion This system provides an intelligent evaluation platform for nuclear medicine rescue training.This is of great significance to the construction of nuclear medicine rescue teams.
