摘　　要：目的设计一种野战重伤救治床,适用于野战条件下对重伤员实施急救,解决现有病床不利于医疗救治、仪器设备摆放分散、缺少操作储物空间、展收费时费力等问题。方法该重伤救治床采用冷轧钢与优质塑料为主体制作,充分利用战场急救环境立体空间,配套扩展多个功能区域,为野战急救创造有利的医疗设备条件。结果该野战重伤救治床按功能区域划分,通过搭建立体空间扩展总面积约为1.25 m^(2),增加可用空间约为1 m^(3),综合性能评分、展开撤收时间均优于优化前的重伤救治床。结论该野战重伤救治床的设计便于医疗救治,可实现急救设备仪器集中存放,且展开撤收便捷、节省人力和空间,满足了战时批量伤员紧急处置、救治前伸的需求,具有较好的功能性、实用性及勤务适应性。Objective To design a battlefield first-aid bed which is suitable for providing emergency treatment to seriously injured personnel under battlefield conditions,and to address the problems of existing battlefield beds,such as being unsuitable for medical treatment,scattered instruments and equipment,lack of operational storage space,and difficulty in folding and unfolding.Methods The main body of the battlefield first-aid bed was made of cold-rolled steel and high-quality plastic.The three-dimensional space of the battlefield first-aid environment was fully utilized,and multiple functional areas were extended to create favorable conditions for battlefield emergency medical equipment.Results The field severe injury treatment bed was divided into functional areas,with a total area of approximately 1.25 m^(2)expanded by building a three-dimensional space and an additional available space of approximately 1 m^(3).The comprehensive performance score and deployment and retrieval time were better than the optimized severe injury treatment bed.Conclusion The design of the field severe injury treatment bed is convenient for medical treatment,can achieve centralized storage of emergency equipment and instruments,and is easy to deploy and retract,saving manpower and space.It meets the needs of emergency disposal and treatment of large numbers of wounded in wartime,and has good functionality,practicality,and service adaptability.
