摘  要:为拓宽带式焙烧机原料结构、降低球团生产成本,本文通过优化球团工艺路径,引入在线磨矿工艺将褐铁矿粉用于球团生产,并采用精矿搭配富矿粉的组合磨矿方式进行工业试验,充分利用精矿的粒度性能,提升矿粉的可磨性。试验结果表明:不同褐铁矿粉会对压滤过程产生影响,M、P粉矿搭配PC精矿的球团磨矿结构优于N、B粉矿;当褐铁矿粉配比为33%~35%时,生球的内返率随着粉矿用量的增加而小幅提升,膨润土的消耗量随着粉矿用量的增加而降低;褐铁矿粉的应用对球团抗压强度的影响不大,球团的还原性小幅提高,还原膨胀指数小幅降低;由于褐铁矿粉中含铝黏土在生球中起到黏结作用,褐铁矿粉的配入有助于膨润土用量的降低。生产实践表明,20%PC精矿+20%PM精矿+60%M粉矿的磨矿方案为最佳生产方案,球团中褐铁矿配比为33%,可实现零膨润土造球,并且年化效益约为1093万元。In order to expand the raw material structure of the belted burning machine and reduce the production cost of pellets,the particle size performance of the concentrate is made fully used and the grindability of mineral powder is improved by optimizing the pellets process path,introducing an online grinding process to use limonite powder for pellet production,and using the combined grinding method of concentrate and rich ore powder for industrial tests.The results show that different limonite powders will affect the filter press process,and the pellets grinding structure of M and P fine ores combined with PC concentrate is better than that of N and B fine ores.When the proportion of limonite powder is 33%~35%,the internal return rate of fresh pellets increases slightly with the increase of fine ore consumption,and the consumption of bentonite decreases with the increase of fine ore consumption.The application of limonite powder has little effect on the compressive strength of the pellets,the reducibility of the pellets is slightly improved,and the reduction expansion index is slightly reduced;because the aluminum-containing clay in the limonite powder plays a bonding role in the green pellets,the incorporation of limonite powder helps to reduce the amount of bentonite.Production practice shows that the grinding scheme of 20%PC concentrate+20%PM concentrate+60%M fine ore is the best production scheme,and the limonite proportion in the pellets is 33%,which can achieve zero bentonite pelletizing,and the annualized benefit is about 10.93 million yuan.
