摘  要:我国烧结机炉箅条年耗损量大,其失效的重要原因为腐蚀。本文通过系统研究失效炉箅条的物化特性,解析其腐蚀失效的原因,并探讨废弃物回用对腐蚀性物质排放的影响。结果表明:依据主要化学组分以及结构特点,失效炉箅条从表层至内层可分为黏附层、腐蚀层、金属层,其中:黏附层主要成分为Fe、K、Cl、S、Ca元素,结构较为疏松;腐蚀层主要成分为Fe、O、Cr,其中Fe 2O_(3)结构疏松,Cr 2O_(3)结构致密;金属层主要成分为Fe、Cr,结构致密。箅条腐蚀的主要原因:在烟气高温、碱金属盐、SO_(2)等综合作用下,箅条发生氯腐蚀、硫酸盐腐蚀及高温氧化腐蚀。通过降低固废配加量、废水回用等方法有助于减少腐蚀性物质的产生和排放,其是调控箅条腐蚀的关键。The annual consumption of the grate bar of sintering machine in China is large,and the important reason for its failure is corrosion.In this paper,the physical and chemical characteristics of failed grate bar are systematically studied,the causes of corrosion failure are analyzed,and the influence of waste reuse on corrosives emission is discussed.The results show that,according to the main chemical components and structural characteristics,the failed grate bar can be divided into adhesion layer,corrosion layer and metal layer from the surface layer to the inner layer,among which:the main components of the adhesion layer are Fe,K,Cl,S and Ca,and the structure is relatively loose.The main components of the corrosion layer are Fe,O and Cr,of which Fe 2O_(3) has a loose structure and Cr 2O_(3) has a dense structure;the main components of the metal layer are Fe and Cr,and the structure is dense.The main reasons for the corrosion of the grate bar:under the comprehensive action of fume high temperature,alkali metal salt,SO_(2),etc.,chlorine corrosion,sulfate corrosion and high temperature oxidation corrosion occur in the grate bar.Reducing solid waste elements with a high mass fraction and wastewater reuse is conducive to reducing the generation and discharge of corrosives,which is the key to control grate bar corrosion.
