摘  要:为了开发清洁价廉的燃料用于铁矿烧结以缓解钢铁行业控煤、减煤政策实施,同时围绕“碳中和、碳达峰”的国家战略需求,本文采用兰炭替代部分焦粉作为烧结燃料,通过优化配料和粒度优化的方法,重点研究兰炭不同替代比及粒度对烧结矿质量性能指标的影响。研究结果表明:当兰炭替代焦粉占比为60%,且控制兰炭≤0.5 mm粒级占比为10%时,烧结矿的性能指标最佳;此时烟气中CO_(2)、SO_(2)的排放量分别降低了0.98%、3.706×10-3%,但NO_(x)的排放量增加了9.49×10-4%。矿物显微结构分析表明,控制兰炭≤0.5 mm粒级占比有助于烧结矿质量的提升。In order to develop clean and inexpensive fuels for iron ore sintering to alleviate the implementation of coal control and coal reduction policies in the iron and steel industry,and to focus on the national strategic needs of“Carbon Neutrality and Carbon Peaking”,the semi-coke is used to instead of part of the breeze as sintering fuel;through the methods of optimizing mixing and particle size,the effects of different substitution ratios and different particle sizes of semi-coke on the quality and performance indexes of sinter are studied.The results show that,when the proportion of semi-coke replacing breeze is 60%,and the proportion of≤0.5 mm grain level of semi-coke is 10%;the performance index of sinter is the best.At this time,the discharges of CO_(2) and SO_(2) in flue as are decreased by 0.98%and 3.706×10-3%,respectively,but the NO_(x) discharge is increased by 9.49×10-4%.The analysis of mineral microstructure shows that controlling the proportion of≤0.5 mm grain level of semi-coke can help improve the quality of sinter.
