摘 要:为了提高SDA半干法系统的脱硫效率,本文搭建SDA喷粉脱硫试验系统,开展喷粉对系统脱硫效率影响规律的半工业试验研究。试验结果表明:喷粉位置对脱硫效率的影响显著,随着喷粉位置的下降,脱硫效率逐渐降低,喷粉最佳位置位于塔的上部区域,脱硫效率可以达到75.90%,较未喷粉前增加19.10%;随着喷粉量的增加,脱硫效率随之增加,脱硫效率由57.90%升高至87.20%,但喷粉量过高时,脱硫灰有效利用率相较之前有所下降,脱硫效率趋于平缓;合适的增湿水量能有效提升脱硫灰的利用效率,对于不同脱硫灰的喷加量,应进行合适的增湿水配比,从而实现最佳的脱硫效率。In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency of the SDA semi-dry system,the SDA-powder spraying desulfurization test system is built,and semi-industrial experimental research on the influence of powder spraying on the desulfurization efficiency of the system is launched.The results show that the influence of powder spraying position on the desulfurization efficiency is significant,with the decrease of powder spraying position,the desulfurization efficiency gradually decreases,and the best position of powder spraying is located in the upper area of the tower,and the desulfurization efficiency can reach 75.90%,which is 19.10%higher than before powder spraying.With the increase of powder spraying,the desulfurization efficiency increases,and the desulfurization efficiency increases from 57.90%to 87.20%,but when the powder spraying amount is too high,the effective utilization rate of desulfurization ash decreases compared with before,and the desulfurization efficiency tends to be flattened.The appropriate amount of humidification water can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of desulfurization ash,and for the spraying amount of different desulfurization ash,the appropriate humidification water ratio should be carried out to achieve the best desulfurization efficiency.
