摘　　要：[目的/意义]智库在影响政府决策、破解经济社会发展难题中发挥着重要作用。厘清中国智库的发展现状,探索中国智库发展的特点和不足,成为中国特色新型智库建设迫切需要解决的问题之一。[方法/过程]本文以“中国智库发展状况调查”为主题,对党政智库、高校智库、科研院所智库、社会智库等不同类型的100家智库,从智库运行、智库管理人员工作情况以及智库管理人员对智库的认知3个层面进行问卷调查,对中国智库以及中国智库管理人员的特征、智库课题的来源以及智库成果推广等方面进行了调研。[结果/结论]本文提出了智库管理人员与研究人员的管理体制机制应有所区分、从国家层面制定相应的智库管理人员政策、智库应有比较稳定的资料来源和经费保障、建立智库成果传播体系、中国智库要加强国际合作与国际接轨的对策建议。[Purpose/significance]Think tanks play an important role in influencing government decision-making and solving challenges in economic and social development.To find out the development status of Chinese think tanks and to explore the characteristics and problems of Chinese think tank management,have become one of the urgent issues to be solved in the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process]With the theme of“Survey on the Development Status of Chinese Think Tank”,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 100 think tanks of different types,such as party and government think tanks,university think tanks,research institutes think tanks,and social think tanks from three aspects—think tank operation,think tank management personnel’s work and think tank management personnel’s cognition of think tanks.[Result/conclusion]It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that the management system and mechanism of think tank managers and researchers should be differentiated,corresponding policies of think tank managers should be formulated at the national level,think tanks should have relatively stable data sources and funding guarantees,think tank achievement dissemination system should be established,and Chinese think tanks should strengthen international cooperation and international integration.
