摘 要:为了实现甲烷干重整(DRM)自热的同时制取高品质的合成气,提出了由重整反应器(reforming reactor,RR)、裂解反应器(splitting reactor,SR)和空气反应器(air reactor,AR)组成的基于Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5)载氧体(oxygen carrier,OC)两级氧化的自热化学链甲烷干重整新工艺。首先,利用Aspen Plus软件对该工艺进行了模拟分析,研究了温度、压力、OC与CH_(4)的摩尔流量比以及CO_(2)与CH_(4)的摩尔流量比对重整反应和裂解反应的影响。其次,探究了在自热条件下该工艺的最大潜力。最后,对系统的冷煤气效率进行了计算,并与DRM进行比较。结果表明,在最优条件下,重整反应器中CH_(4)转化率能够达到99.58%,合成气中H_(2)与CO的摩尔流量比为1.98,反应器内均无积碳,且系统实现了自热。该工艺的冷煤气效率比DRM提高了2.78%。通过载氧体的两级氧化,提高了化学链甲烷干重整过程效率,并实现碳捕集。In order to realize the autothermal dry reforming of methane(DRM)while producing high-quality syngas,a new process for DRM in an autothermal chemical chain based on the staged oxidation of Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5) oxygen carrier(OC),consisting of a reforming reactor(RR),a splitting reactor(SR),and an air reactor(AR)was proposed.Firstly,the process was simulated and analyzed by Aspen Plus,and the effects of temperature,pressure,OC/CH_(4) molar ratio and CO_(2)/CH_(4) molar ratio on the reforming and splitting reactions were studied.Secondly,the maximum potential of the process under autothermal conditions was explored.Finally,the cold gas efficiency of the system was calculated and compared with the DRM.The results show that under optimal conditions,the CH_(4) conversion in the reforming reactor can reach 99.58%;the H_(2)/CO molar ratio in the syngas is 1.98;no carbon deposition are there in the reforming and splitting reactors;and the system reach autothermal conditions.The cold gas efficiency of this process is 2.78%higher than that of DRM.The two-stage oxidation of the oxygen carrier is of great significance for improving the efficiency of the chemical looping dry reforming of methane,and achieving carbon capture.
