摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定明胶空心胶囊中铬含量的不确定度评定方法,探讨影响铬含量测定的不确定度分量。通过测定过程,建立数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度分量进行了评估。结果表明:ICP-MS法测定明胶空心胶囊铬含量为1.07 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.058 mg/kg,测量结果表示为(1.07±0.058)mg/kg,k=2。建立了明胶空心胶囊铬含量的测量不确定度评定方法,分析产生不确定度的主要来源,为测定明胶空心胶囊铬含量方法的准确性提供可靠的理论依据,并为不确定度评定提供参考。An evaluation method of uncertainty for the determination of chromium content in gelatin hollow capsules was established by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the influence of uncertainty component on the determination of chromium content was explored.A mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty components in the measurement process.Results:The content of gelatin hollow capsule was 1.07 mg/kg by ICP-MS,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.058 mg/kg.The result was(1.07±0.058)mg/kg,k=2.The evaluation method of uncertainty in measurement of chromium content in gelatin hollow capsules was established,and the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed.It provides reliable theoretical basis for the accuracy of the determination method of chromium content in gelatin hollow capsules and provides a reference for the evaluation of uncertainty.
