摘  要:介绍了连接器铸件的结构及技术要求,运用MAGMA凝固模拟软件对铸件的热节分布、充型过程、缩松等进行模拟分析,并对铸造工艺进行了改进。通过添加铜、锡合金化等措施,使铸件的金相组织和力学性能符合技术要求,实现了批量化生产。最后指出:(1)在曲面分型中,特别是高度落差大的浇注系统,严格控制铁液流量和流速,可避免铁液流速过快造成的冲砂缺陷;(2)通过设计支撑杆支撑冷铁,在支撑杆上做配合定位,可实现冷铁放置后自动定位;(3)通过合理的熔炼工艺,适当添加铜、锡合金进行合金化处理,可实现QT700-3铸态连接器的稳定生产。The casting structure and technical requirements of the connector were introduced.By using MAGMA solidification simulation software,the hot spots distribution of the casting,mold filling process,shrinkage porosities were simulated and analyzed,and the casting technology improvement was conducted.Using Cu,Sn-alloying and other measures made the metal-lurgical structure and mechanical properties to meet technical requirements,and realized batch production.Finally pointed out:(1)When using curve parting surface,especially when the height drop of the gating system being large,strictly controlling iron liquid flow volume and flow speed could avoid sand washing defect caused by iron liquid flowing speed being too high.(2)By designing a support rod to support the cold iron and making matching positioning on the support rod,automatic positi-oning could be achieved after the cold iron was placed.(3)By using rational melting process,properly adding Cu and Sn to conduct alloying,the stable production of as-cast QT700-3 nodular iron connector could be realized.
