摘 要:试验研究了热处理对厚大断面球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响,详细阐述了铸态试块熔炼工艺、球化处理工艺、孕育处理工艺及4种不同热处理工艺。试验结果表明:(1)采用正火处理可以细化基体组织中的珠光体,有效改善基体组织的均匀性;(2)采用正火温度940℃、保温3 h、回火温度460℃、保温4 h的热处理工艺,70 mm厚的附铸试块性能达到了QT900-2的标准,布氏硬度达到了310 HB,并且硬度偏差小于20 HB;(3)正火工艺采用940℃的正火温度时,回火温度460℃时容易出现碳化物,对伸长率造成不良影响。The influence of heat treatment on structure and properties of heavy section nodular iron was investigated,the melting process,nodularizing treating process,inoculating process and 4 types different heat treating processes of the as-cast test block were described in detail.The test results showed:(1)Using normalizing treatment could refine pearlite in the matrix structure,effectively improve the uniformity of the matrix structure.(2)When using heat treating process of normalizing temperature of 940℃,holding for 3 h,tempering temperature of 460℃,holding for 4 h,the properties of 70 mm thick attached test specimen reached standard of QT900-2,the Brinell hardness reached 310 HB,and the hardness deviation less than 20 HB.(3)When using normalizing temperature of 940℃,tempering temperature of 460℃,carbide easy to form and influencing on the elongation rate harmfully.
