摘  要:介绍了采用中频感应电炉生产机床铸件产生的氮气孔缺陷,对其产生原因进行分析,认为铁液中的氮溶量超标及炉料使用不当是造成氮气孔缺陷的主要原因,通过在铁液中加入铁钛合金,使铁液中过量的氮形成一定量的化合氮,从而降低铁液氮溶量,同时恢复使用市场采购的废旧回炉料,将报废的机床铸件少量搭配使用,使氮气孔问题得以解决。最后指出:生产中应加强对铁液氮溶量的检测,既要控制氮气孔的产生,又要充分利用氮对铸铁的有利作用。The nitrogen pores produced when using medium frequency induction furnace to produce machine tool castings was introduced,and the reason causing nitrogen pores was analyzed.It was considered that nitrogen solubility exceeding the standard and improper using furnace charge was the main reason causing nitrogen pores.Through adding Fe-Ti alloy into iron liquid to make the excessive nitrogen in iron liquid to form a certain amount of combined nitrogen and thereby decrease the nitrogen solubility of iron liquid,at the same time,restore the use of market procured furnace returns,use a small amount of scrapped machine tool castings,the nitrogen pores defect had been eliminated.Finally,it was pointed out that the detection of iron liquid nitrogen solution should be strengthened in the production.It was necessary both to control the production of nitrogen pores and made full use of the beneficial effect of nitrogen on cast iron.
