摘  要:介绍了大吨位厚大断面铸件的结构特点及容易出现的问题,通过合理控制化学成分,添加铜、锡、锑合金进行合金化处理,选用重稀土长效球化剂,采用倒包球化处理、多次复合孕育处理等工艺技术,成功生产出金相组织和力学性能均符合QT600-3技术要求的铸态大吨位厚大断面箱体、滑枕铸件。最后指出:采用倒包球化、多次复合孕育工艺以及微量锑合金化处理工艺,可以降低铁液中氧的活性,使石墨球更圆整、细小,稳定珠光体的体积分数,从而获得力学性能符合技术要求的厚大断面铸件。Structure characteristics and easy occurring problems of large tonnage large section casting was introduced,through adopting process technologies including rationally controlling chemical compositions,alloying with adding Cu,Sn,Sb alloys,using heavy rare earth long effect nodularizing agent,using reladling nodularizing treatment,multiple composite inoculating treatment,successfully produced large tonnage large section housing and ram casting having metallurgical structure and mechanical properties meeting technical requirements of QT600-3 grade nodular iron.Finally,point out:using reladling nodularizing,multiple composite inoculating treatments and alloying treatment with trace amount of Sb,it was possible to reduce the activity of oxygen in iron liquid to make the graphite nodule more round,more small,stabilizing pearlite volume fraction and thereby obtain large section casting with mechanical properties meeting technical requirements.
