摘 要:试验研究了对液态粘结材料和粉状促硬剂组成的双组分新型硅酸盐无机粘结剂。试验结果表明:调控液态粘结材料和粉状促硬剂加入量和相对比例,会显著影响型(芯)砂的粘结强度,其中,液态粘结材料中的硅酸盐起主要粘结作用,过少时会影响粘结桥的内聚强度。粉状促硬剂则用来提高硅酸盐内部缩聚反应的程度,过少时无法提供充足的反应颗粒,过多则会降低液态材料的有效粘结率。通过试验得到最优组分为液态粘结材料加入量2%、粉状促硬剂加入量50%,此时综合使用性能最优。Two-component new silicate inorganic binder composed of liquid bonding material and powder hardening accelerator was studied.The test results indicated that regulation of the amount and relative proportion of liquid bonding material and powder hardening accelerator agent would significantly affect the bonding strength of the molding(core)sand.Among them,the silicate in liquid bonding material plays the main bonding role,and the cohesive strength of the binding bridge would be affected when it was too little.Powder hardening agents were used to improve the degree of internal condensation reaction in silicates.If there was too little,it couldn't provide sufficient reaction particles.If there was too much,it would reduce the effective bonding rate of liquid materials.Through the test,the optimal components were of 2%liquid bonding material and 50%powder accelerator,and the comprehensive performance was optimal.
