摘 要:介绍了升维控制思想的核心技术理念:(1)“挡渣浇注系统设计”理念解决渣眼问题;(2)“冒口系统设计”理念解决缩孔缩松问题;(3)“排、减、溢”理念解决气孔问题;(4)“多参数模拟法”理念解决充型和补缩问题。以大型多路阀盖铸件为例,详细阐述了升维控制思想在复杂液压铸液压铸件产品开发和质量改进中的运用。最后指出:高端复杂液压件对质量的一致性要求极高,从升维控制思想入手,全面系统掌握工艺设计、工艺模拟、工艺分析及缺陷预测,在批量生产前期不断完善工艺过程,可以确保铸件质量可靠稳定。The core technology concept of dimension raising concept was introduced:(1)Slag skimming gating system design concept solved slag inclusion problem.(2)Riser system design concept solved shrinkage cavity and porosities problem.(3)Venting,reducing,overflowing concept solved blowhole problem.(4)Multiple parameters simulation concept solved mold filling and feeding problems.By taking a large multiple channel valve cover casting as sample,the application of the concept of dimension raising concept in development and quality improvement of complex hydraulic casting was described in detail.Finally,pointed out:the quality consistency requirements of high-end complex hydraulic parts were very high,starting from the dimension raising concept,comprehensively and systematically grasp the process design,process simulation,process analysis and defect prediction,the continuous improvement of the process in the early stage of mass production could ensure the reliability and stability of the casting quality.
