三线衬纬卫衣外观风格变化织造工艺探讨

摘　　要：三线衬纬大卫衣是这几年潮牌应用较多的纬编针织面料,传统的大卫衣面主要都是平纹效果的,偶尔也有排间或花灰色织的,底主要是耳仔,有抓毛或摇粒的,也有不抓毛追求齐耳仔效果的,部分服装运用甚至会反底为面,服装应用市场中,在针织面料产品开发上都较少发现利用织造工艺在面上做创新开发的案例。文章在传统大卫衣的斜纹结构基础上,利用织造工艺中不同的三角排列,开发了网眼斜纹、竖条效果的两款新布面风格大卫衣。在这方面进行开拓探索,对丰富三线衬纬卫衣风格具有开拓创新意义。Three-thread fleecy fabric has been widely used in fashion brand during these years,traditional terry fabrics are mainly plain effect,occasionally in rows or colored yarn knitting,the bottom is mainly belt loop either raised or polar fleecy,also no-raising but with belt loop effect,some clothing even reverses the bottom.In the clothing application market,there are few innovative development cases in the development of knitted fabric products.Based on the structure of twill structure of traditional terry fabric,this paper develops two new cloth styles of twill and vertical stripe effect by using different cam arrangement of knitting technology.The research has innovative significance to enrich the style of three-thread fleecy sweaters.
