摘 要:针对棉针织物常规冷轧堆漂白工艺处理后白度值不高、织物损伤大的问题,文中主要考察活化剂R60用量、漂白增效剂CF-15用量、NaOH用量、H_(2)O_(2),用量、蒽醌用量、堆置时间、堆置温度对棉针织物漂白效果的影响,确定棉针织物高白度、低强损冷轧堆漂白工艺的最佳工艺条件,并与常规冷轧堆漂白工艺的处理效果进行对比。结果表明:高白度、低强损冷轧堆漂白最佳工艺为活化剂R60用量4g/L、漂白增效剂CF-15用量3g/L、NaOH用量20g/L、H_(2)O_(2),用量100mL/L、蒽醌用量10g/L、堆置时间24h、堆置温度为25℃,处理后棉针织物的白度为83.35、30min毛效为10.7cm、强降率为1.32%.Aiming at the problems of low whiteness and high fabric damage after the conventional cold pad bleaching process of cotton knitted fabrics,this experiment mainly investigated the concentration of activator R60,bleaching synergist CF-15 and NaOH,the dosage of H,O2,anthraquinone concentration,stacking time and stacking temperature on the bleaching effect of cotton knitted fabrics.The best experimental conditions for low-loss bleaching process of cotton knitted fabrics were determined and compared with the treatment effects of conventional cold-batch bleaching processes.The experimental results show that the best experimental conditions for the low-loss cold-rolled reactor bleaching process are activator R60 concentration of 4 g/L,bleaching synergist CF-15 concentration of 3 g/L,NaOH concentration of 20 g/L,and H_(2)0_(2) dosage of 100 mL/L,anthraquinone concentration of 10 g/L,stacking time of 24 h,stacking temperature of 25℃,and the whiteness of cotton knitted fabric after treatment is 83.35,the capillary effect of 30 minutes is 10.7 cm,and the strength loss rate is 1.32%.
