榄仁树天然染料对阳离子改性棉织物染色研究

摘  要:为了改善天然染料染色棉织物时存在直接性低、色牢度差的问题,文中选取天然植物染料榄仁树染色棉针织物,通过对棉针织物进行改性工艺优化,配合固色剂的使用,榄仁树染料在棉针织物上的染色深度和染色牢度均有显著提高。结果表明,棉针织物改性工艺为:改性剂GX-H23用量10%,pH值为10,温度为80℃,时间为40min,改性棉针织物染色耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均可达到3级及以上,固色处理后的耐日晒色牢度达到3级.In order to improve the problems of low dyeing rate and poor color fastness when natural dyes are used for dyeing cotton fabrics,this paper selected terminalia catappa to dye cotton kntted fabrics.The dyeing rate and dyeing fastness of terminalia catappa on cotton fabric were improved by cationic modification,optimization of modification process and dyeing process,and the use of color fixing agent.The results show that the modification process of cotton fabric is as follows:the dosage of modifier GX-H23 is 10%,pH value is 10,temperature is 80℃,and time is 40 minutes.The color fastness to soaping and rubbing of modified cotton fabric can reach level 3 or above,and the light fastness can reach level 3 after fixing.
