摘 要:阐述了智能针织CAD服装纸样转化中合并与拆分的运用方法,指出合并、拆分前后的纸样变化形式和对应工艺单,提出合并与拆分的运用案例,并编织织物以及分析成形编织效果。提出可利用合并与拆分理论进行纸样的合并和拆分操作,完成纸样的二次转化,以改变纸样形状和成形编织工艺,达到省去缝合工艺、降低编织难度及简化生产工艺的目的。通过对智能针织CAD服装纸样转化中合并与拆分的运用分析,有助于更好地将纸样应用于毛衫工艺制作,满足针织毛衫时装化及智能化生产发展要求.This paper expounds the application method of merging and splitting in the clothing pattern transformation of smart knitting CAD.It points out the pattern change form and corresponding process sheet before and after merging and splitting,puts forward the application case of merging and spliting,and knits the fabric and analyzes the forming and knitting results.It proposes that the merging and splitting theory can be used to merge and split the pattern to complete the secondary transformation of the pattern,so as to change the shape of the pattern and the forming and knitting process,and aslo to save the sewing process,reduce the difficulty of knitting and simplify the production process.Through the analysis of the application of merging and spltting in the transformation of garment pattern in smart knitting CAD,it is helpful to better apply the pattern to the production of sweater technology and meet the requirements of fashion and intelligent production of knitted sweater.
