摘　　要：建立QuEChERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定废棉纺织品中20种农药残留的方法。样品用1%乙酸-乙腈溶液提取,QuEChERS试剂净化,以T3色谱柱分离,在正离子模式下选用多反应监测模式进行检测。目标化合物质谱峰面积对浓度进行线性拟合,测试20种农药拟合曲线相关系数、基质平均回收率和精密度,并用于实际样品测试分析。结果表明:20种农药在10~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2≥0.995 0,加标浓度分别为20.00、40.00、200.00μg/kg时,平均回收率为75%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.10%~6.41%(n=6),方法检出限为0.02~0.20μg/kg。该方法操作简单、回收率高、可靠,能满足废棉纺织品中农药残留的检测。A QuEChERS-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of 20 pesticide residues in waste cotton textiles.The samples were extracted with 1%acetic acid-acetonitrile solution,purified with QuEChERS reagent,separated by T3 column,and detected by multiple reaction monitoring in positive ion mode.The concentration was linearly fitted by the spectral peak area of the target compound,and the correlation coefficient,matrix average recovery and precision of the ftting curve of 20 pesticides were tested.The results show that the linearity of the 20 pesticides is good in the range of 10~100μg/L,and the correlation coefficient is no less than 0.9950.When the spiked concentrations are 20.00,40.00,200.00μg/kg,the average recoveries are 75%~104%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.10%~6.41%(n=6),and the detection limit is 0.02-0.20μg/kg.This method has the advantages of simple operation,high recovery rate and strong stability,which can meet the requirements of the detection of pesticide residues in waste cotton textiles.
