摘　　要：纺织品涂料数码喷墨印花技术是传统印花技术与现代信息科技综合应用的新技术,符合国家产业政策的要求。文章介绍了纺织品涂料数码喷墨印花的原理,分析了涂料数码印花的优势与技术瓶颈,从设备、花型图案、颜料墨水、前处理质量要求、印前预处理工艺等方面进行研究,创新思路和方法,提出了数码喷墨印花+圆网印花联合设备工艺设计方案,解决中深色色牢度技术问题.Textile pigment digital ink-jet printing technology is a new technology with the comprehensive application of traditional printing technology and modern information technology,which meets the requirements of national industrial policy.This paper introduces the principle of textile pigment digital ink-jet printing,analyzes the advantages and technical bottlenecks of pigment digital printing.From the aspects of equipment,pattern,pigment ink,pretreatment quality requirements and prepress pretreatment process,innovate ideas and methods,and puts forward the process design scheme of combined equipment of printing digital ink-jet printing and circular screen printing,so as to solve the technical problems of medium and dark color fastness.
