摘　　要：信用评价标准化建设已经成为社会组织稳健发展的重要议题,如何准确地分析社会组织信用建设的现状及其困境,制定更好的政策加快推进社会组织信用评价机制建设成为研究焦点。选取广东省141名社会组织负责人的调研数据,结合博弈论和信息不对称理论,比较分析不同类型社会组织在建构信用评价机制过程中面临的约束,同时借鉴不同地域及领域的信用评价体系建设经验,认为社会组织信用机制建设包括“一个地方标准”“一个管理章程”“一个监管平台”三大部分,并指出社会组织信用机制建设的核心在于信用评价指标建构、应用和反馈机制设计。The standardized construction of credit evaluation has become an important issue for the sound development of social organizations.How to accurately analyze the status quo of credit construction of social organizations and their dilemmas,and formulate better policies to accelerate the construction of credit evaluation mechanism of social organizations has become the focus of research.This article selects the research data of 141 heads of social organizations in Guangdong Province,compares and analyzes the constraints faced by different types of social organizations in the process of constructing credit evaluation mechanism from the viewpoint of game theory and information asymmetry theory,and learn from the experience of credit evaluation system construction in different regions and fields.It argues that the credit mechanism construction of social organization includes“a local standard”,“a management charter”and“a supervision platform”and the core of the construction lies in the establishment of credit evaluation indexes,application and feedback mechanism design.
