摘  要:电动汽车具有零排放的优点,是汽车行业落实“碳达峰”和“碳中和”政策的主力军,可有效地缓解环境压力。驱动电动汽车运行的能量占输入能量的49%左右,其中传动系统的能量损失占到总能量损失的22%以上,因此提升电动汽车的传动效率成为节能降耗的重要课题。传动效率很大程度上与齿轮几何参数,润滑油技术参数,转速及温度等相关。用FZG齿轮试验机近似地模拟电动汽车减速箱的运行工况,就温度,转速,载荷及齿轮油运动黏度等参数对电动汽车减速箱传动效率的影响进行了研究,以期为不同工况的电动汽车减速箱研制和选择合适的减速箱油提供参考和技术依据,提高减速箱的传动效率,降低能耗。在不同温度,转速及载荷下,润滑油的运动黏度对传动效率的影响并不相同。With the advantage of zero emissions,electric vehicles were the main force in the automotive industry to implement the“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”policies,which could effectively alleviate environmental pressure.The energy which required to drive electric vehicles accounted for about 49% of the input energy,with the energy loss from the transmission system accounting for over 22% of the total energy loss.Therefore,improving the transmission efficiency of electric vehicles had become an important issue for energy conservation and consumption reduction.The transmission efficiency was largely related to gear geometry parameters,lubricant technical parameters,rotational speed,and temperature.The FZG gear testing machine was used to approximately simulate the operating conditions of the electric vehicle gearbox,and the effects of temperature,speed,load and gear oil kinematic viscosity on the transmission efficiency of the electric vehicle gearbox were studied.The reference and technical basis for the development and selection of appropriate gearbox oil for electric vehicles under different working conditions were provided,the transmission efficiency of the gearbox was improved,and energy consumption was reduced.The influence of the kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil on transmission efficiency was different at different temperatures,speeds and loads.
