摘 要:润滑油的磨损腐蚀是造成传动系统腐蚀的重要因素。某齿轮传动系统使用合成酯润滑油后轮齿摩擦表面出现了磨损腐蚀,严重地影响到齿轮传动系统的可靠运行。采用两款合成酯润滑油对比的方法,在125℃,392N,1200r/min及60min等试验参数下,建立了用四球摩擦磨损试验机来评价合成酯润滑油磨损腐蚀的试验方法。该方法可以有效评价和区分合成酯润滑油的磨损腐蚀。能谱分析表明,在机械因素和化学因素的交互作用下,合成酯中的磷酸三甲酚酯与金属表面发生摩擦化学反应,在起抗磨作用的同时,生成的磷酸在摩擦表面局部聚积造成了磨损腐蚀。The wear-corrosion of lubricants was an important factor causing transmission system corrosion.After using synthetic ester lubricant in a certain gear transmission system,wear-corrosion occurred on the frictional surface of the gear teeth,seriously affecting the reliable operation of the gear transmission system.A test method for evaluating the wear-corrosion of synthetic ester lubricants using a four-ball tribological and wear tester was established by comparing two types of synthetic ester lubricants under experimental parameters at 125 C,392 N,1200 r/min and 60 min.This method could effectively evaluate and distinguish the wear-corrosion of synthetic ester lubricants.Energy spectrum analysis showed that under the interaction of mechanical and chemical factors,the tricresol phosphate in the synthesized ester underwent a frictional chemical reaction with the metal surface.While playing an anti-wear role,the generated phosphoric acid accumulated locally on the friction surface,causing wear-corrosion.
