摘　　要：作为重要的清洁能源,风电产业正进入规模化的快速发展时代,并将保持良好的发展势头。齿轮和齿轮箱是风电系统的核心部件,对风电系统运行的稳定性有着至关重要的作用,因此对齿轮和齿轮箱的质量和可靠性提出了更高的要求,需要从源头上对齿轮和齿轮箱的加工质量进行控制。齿轮加工涉及到切削,热处理及防锈等环节,相应需要配套的切削油,热处理油和防锈油。对齿轮加工工艺及配套金属加工油的性能进行了综述。As an important clean energy,the wind power industry is entering the era of rapid development of scale,and will maintain a good momentum of development.Gears and gearboxes are the core components of the wind power system,which plays a crucial role in the stability of the wind power system operation,so higher requirements are put forward for the quality and reliability of gears and gearboxes,and the processing quality of gears and gearboxes needs to be controlled from the source.Gear processing involves cutting,heat treatment and rust prevention,and corresponding needs supporting cutting oils,heat treatment oils and anti-rust oils.The gear processing technology and the performance of supporting metalworking oils are reviewed.
