高清净性40BN气缸油的性能考察

摘　　要：随着船用发动机技术的发展,环保法规的日益严格以及低硫燃油(硫含量<0.5%质量分数)的使用,船用气缸油的性能也不断地更新升级,并将于2026年取消所有CatI级别的船用气缸油,进一步推出市场需求的与低硫燃油配套的高清净性40BN气缸油。用热管模拟试验和分散性模拟试验对开发的高清净性40BN气缸油的高温清净性能进行了评价,并进行了发动机验证试验。开发的高清净性40BN气缸油的具有良好的碱值保持能力,优异的润滑性能和清净性能,能够满足使用低硫燃油的低速船用发动机的润滑需求。With the development of marine engine technology,the increasingly strict environmental regulations and the use of low-sulfur fuel(sulfur content<0.5% mass fraction),the performances of marine cylinder oils are constantly updated and upgraded,and all Catl class marine cylinder oils will be eliminated in 2026,and the market demand for high-detergency 40BN cylinder oil matching low-sulfur fuel will be further launched.The elevated-temperature cleaning performance of the developed high-detergency 40BN cylinder oil was evaluated by heat pipe simulation test and dispersion simulation test,and the engine verification test was carried out.The developed high-detergency 40BN cylinder oil has good base number retention ability,excellent lubrication performance and cleaning performance,which can meet the lubrication needs of low-speed marine engines using low-sulfur fuel.
